Nan Kinnier helped me buy my first house in Seattle in 1983, and so far she has represented me in 4 house purchases and 3 sales. Nan is an extremely effective and respectful negotiator, and her advice has always been superb on questions of value, timing, improvements, pricing, etc. Nan is tactful, patient, persistent, and very reassuring to stressed out sellers (and buyers).
