Kevin Ericson is a super real estate professional to have on your side. When we had to sell my mother’s home in Seattle, (and I live in Illinois,) Kevin was right there to make initial improvements (for curb appeal, etc) before the home went on the market, showed the home many times to potential buyers, and handled all of the paper work to my great delight.
We have worked with Kevin on three different transactions now, including selling a condo, buying a townhouse, and buying a single family house – pretty much covering the gamut of Seattle real estate. In each case, Kevin combined a laid-back attitude with a lot of experience and a knack for giving us the advice we needed, when we needed it, in order to arrive at a successful transaction and happy clients.
After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1977 with a degree in International Marketing, I moved to Seattle and started my career in real estate. I have seen a lot of change in the real estate industry including processes and price variation. For almost 40 years, I have been a managing broker, a landlord, and a homeowner. I have personal experience with “All Things House” as I live in a 1909 home which I have continually upgraded over the years!
My personal commitment is to help buyers and sellers make informed and educated decisions in the market. I pride myself on using the phrase found in the Purchase and Sale Agreement – “Time is of the essence”, therefore responsive communication and accessibility is paramount to best serve my clients. I stay in contact with my clients past closing and often provide resource information, not exclusive to buying or selling properties.
