Our family recently completed something like our 6th or 7th residential transaction where we were represented by Doreen Alhadeff. We would not consider using anyone else. Having been commercial real estate developer/investors for nearly 45 years we know the value of having someone with deep knowledge of the market, very intelligent, a tireless advocate, and honest. We always know we are well-represented and are provided excellent and well-reasoned advice. Even with our experience in the business, Doreen’s expertise and advise is essential to us.T.L .
Doreen brought not only years of experience and market knowledge but a direct, no nonsense, candid approach to the transaction. Ask a question and she gave a clear answer and rationale. She was very realistic and clear about what we needed to do to prepare the house.D. B.
Doreen is by far the best broker I’ve ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced, especially about how things are done in Seattle. She is unfailingly honest, and always put our interests ahead of our own.Jessica F.
