Consistently committed to the best outcome for his teams and clients over a fifteen-year corporate career, Lance Neely is a dedicated, resourceful and creative real estate agent who focuses relentlessly on protecting his clients’ interests. Lance is recognized as a trusted advisor in a heated real estate market, who masterfully navigates his clients through buying and selling processes. He understands how to translate buyers’ needs into market-available options and lead them through securing financing and submitting the most attractive bid. For sellers, Lance is skilled at bringing out the best in a home and presenting a compelling opportunity to buyers. When home service providers are required, Lance is connected to a variety of Seattle’s best and ensures that his clients get top service. In short, Lance is committed to his client’s experience and satisfaction and is uncompromising in his integrity.
A 20+ year Seattle local and currently a Madrona resident, Lance has lived in neighborhoods throughout the Seattle area. He earned his BA in Sociology at the University of Washington and his Masters in Psychology at Antioch and has worked for top Seattle employers including WAMU, AT&T and Colliers.
I have been an active buyer/seller of real estate for over a decade and have worked with many skilled and committed agents during this time. Never before, however, have I experienced the level of expertise, tenacity, service, and resourcefulness that Lance Neely provided on the recent sale of an investment property. From the moment we began working together, Lance was clearly as motivated as I was, and he brought a level of organization and foresight to the process that was unparalleled. (His professional background includes years of senior project management and it shows!) Lance seemed to have his finger on the pulse of the real estate market in Seattle, which allowed him to give us critical strategic advice about our timing, pricing, upgrades, marketing, staging, and listing/selling gameplan.
When it came to actually preparing the property for sale, he absolutely blew me away. I had explained to him that I really needed him to put on his project manager hat as I didn’t have the time to coordinate that very complex process. Lance created a tasklist and timeline that I frankly didn't think he could possibly achieve. But he was so motivated to get the property on the market at a specifically advantageous time that he rolled his sleeves up (literally and figuratively) and coordinated the bidding, hiring, scheduling, and comings/goings of about 10 different services needed to ready the property for sale. He provided me with recommendations for painters, handyman services, window washers, stagers, and photographers, etc, all of whom balanced expertise with budget. The miracle: he pulled it all off in 4 days and within the budget! By this point, Lance had earned my complete trust, gratitude, and frankly, awe.
But as they say, the proof is in the pudding: how would we do once the property hit the market? The numbers tell the story best: after just ONE day, we were approached by several interested parties. Lance handled his communications with these interested parties skillfully, resulting in an offer that surpassed our highest expectations by almost 10%. We came to find out that this sale was the fastest ever in the community’s 14-year history. I simply couldn’t have been happier.
It also deserves mention here that my whole family has enjoyed all the time we have spent getting to know Lance. He is personable, caring, and incredibly easy to talk to (which is important given all the counseling that agents’ have to provide clients along the roller coaster ride of real estate!). If you are looking for an agent who is responsive, resourceful, and a joy to be around, look no further.

Lance visited countless homes for and with us all over the Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish and Mercer Island areas. He is patient, knowledgeable, and has great vision and exquisite taste. We never felt pressured and when we found our home, he negotiated the purchase price quickly to win the bid in a tight market. He handled the purchase smoothly and effectively and we closed on time. He communicates well and is a great resource. We highly recommend Lance without hesitation.
Amazing home buying and selling experience in a truly hot market!! Lance not only knows the market cold, but he listens. He understood what we wanted and spent our time wisely. Against 5 other bids, he got us the house we wanted and for below the price we were willing to pay. In selling our home, he guided us masterfully through a few updates that increased the value of the home and then sold it in 5 days for above asking. On top of all that, Lance maintained such a consistently great attitude through our requests and always offered a sage voice when we needed it. You just can't ask for anything more.
When you tell people you're single, self-employed, and looking for a house under $300k in the Seattle area that isn't a "fixer upper"/health code violation they often emit a delighted chuckle because they think that surely you must be kidding (or just delusional). In this market??? Not happening.
But here I am, sitting in the adorable Craftsman that I always dreamed of. And it's all because of Lance. The road to this house was paved with obstacles, multiple offers, terrible loan agents, seemingly endless paperwork, and hair pulling levels of stress. But through it all, I knew that Lance was there for me with his amazing negotiating and interpersonal skills, always looking out for my best interests, and guiding me through the process.
Not only did he write up an excellent offer which made me stand out amongst 7 others, but he then navigated the loan process with me and made sure that all the pieces came together to meet our strict timelines. In short, he was amazing. He believed that I could make my dream of home ownership come true and used his skills to advocate for me. I never felt like I was in this alone.
I feel very fortunate to have worked with Lance and know exactly who I'll turn to when it comes time to buy that lake view Madrona mansion that's currently on my vision board.
